its good -Check it out if you get a chance. Plus, visually it's an interesting plate component.
Been doing that for a while. Mashed cauliflower instead of potatoes, lettuce instead of bread a lot of the time. Limit sugar as much as possible. It's probably been over a year since I've had candy, outside of 70% or higher dark chocolate. My weakness however, is beer.
