The country you didn't mention, Switzerland, paces them all in my opinion. And the scenery's hard to beat.

Well, I don't know about that. I will say that the people I have encountered who have been victims of pickpocketing, were by and large people who had the situational awareness of cabbage.

I think if you're a tourist with a kid or two you really don't stand a chance. First priority is to make sure Billy doesn't step in front of a cablecar and second is to find the fucking Vatican and third is to not get pickpocketed, maybe.

Keep your wallet in your inside jacket pocket. Not impossible to pickpocket, but much harder, and no one's going to bother in a touristy area where there are plenty of easier wallets to steal.

Nope that's a pro I was trying to make it through all of Europe for a really long time on like $1500
