Thanks so much for detailed feedback. It's not often enough that I get well, written critiques on my music.

I agree that in general the instrumental parts were quite rigid. The track having an odd rhythm, and the it's particular interaction with the melody, made it not perhaps as naturally sounding as it could have. The piano you mentioned is a Rhodes emulation.

Moonlight Mentality is the oldest track so potentially inherently the weakest. I agree the track could've gone a different direction. I tend to focus a lot on the rhythms and sometimes neglect musical elements because of it. The second drop would've been heightened by the introduction of a more interactive and molded bass.

I think that's why you found 'Soon After' the strongest. In retrospect, I guess I kind of 'spared no expense' on what I could variate and play around with. I think the guitar could've been better, and more variation in the second section would have kept it engaging. I was really pleased with the progression on that one thought. The simultaneous key, tempo and time signature change was one of the hardest things I've done. I'm glad you found it worth it. On a side note, it's also the newest tracks there.

I look forward to displaying my current works in process once complete. I've been trying to hard to keep them going in the vain of more focus on upping the musicality and instrumental flourishes.
