"Do they have inheritance rights because they are a person now? "Do they have to be counted in the Census? I know this might sound like stretching, but this is how vague a law like this is." I don't think that the above questions are ridiculous ones. You can either claim personhood or not. If you do claim personhood then such things as the "census" are valid as is the claim of "murder" if someone accidentally unplugs the freezer storing the embryo's.
