I'm just an asshole, I'll say it right out front, but if you had bothered to read my other comment, a mark on the record must be a better way to do it. Alright, well then I'd go for at least marking their record - surely that's a cheaper way to do it? (Kind of the same your record can have a few misdemeanors or something on it.)
