I loved short circuit when I was a kid.
It's funny to me that many of the robotics being made today look like a version of Johnny-5 Check out Wall-E, it's worth seeing. There's no dialogue for nearly 2/3 of the movie and yet I never found myself anything but fully engaged. It's really well done.
I used to watch Short Circuit over and over when I was a kid.
Short Circuit could've made the list of most plausible movies if they just considered the whole robot killing people for the US Army thing, and not the ridiculous anthropomorphism of Johnny 5. I'll check out Wall-E if goddam Netflix ever gets in on instant.
