I think the anti-union one is more serious in the long run. The tide is in the favor of women's issues in the long run but the light at the end of the workers tunnel is nearly non existent

Down voted for mixing metaphors

You also said long run twice in 140 odd characters without any symmetry or rhythm do try to do better.

"The tide at the end of the tunnel"

"The rising light"

I like it.

The tide at the end of the tunnel is a great description of the future of workers.

I think screwing over women is pretty bleepin' serious, short and long run. Splitting the victims is part of our problem as a culture: when in doubt, divide and feel special.

We all need to get involved. It's not women versus unions. It's women, unions, everyone versus oligarchs that now toss our laws aside because Jesus the Profitmonger.

I agree but if The HL employees were unionized they would have a direct voice in their package. As things stand they are at the mercy and wim of the government and their employer.

The current "left" in America gave up on labor issues ages ago but continue to pat themselves on the back that even though they do shit all for working people at least they are pro-women and pro-gay.

The short of it in my opinion is that America had robust unions we would not need Obama Care and women would have more equality in the workplace and in wages.

So in the long run the ruling weakening unions hurts more people both male and female gay straight or other.
