So I guess the last thing I created was to design and implement a business rules engine that allows for product rules to be written in one contained piece of logic that can be maintained, written and tested as a single unit. Up to now my company has had all sorts of rules spread out across loads of different logical layers which made testing and maintenance a nightmare. I hope I have changed that and it seems that way in the little time it has been in use everyone agrees that it is a big improvement. We'll see.
