For a quick rundown the article basically says that Whole Foods was charging people for bulk food containers as well as trays for meat and other items. Also against the law in California is pricing per unit for meats and they were selling Kebabs by the unit.
I like bulk food bins like the ones found at Whole Foods and other similar stores, I'd hate to think that my local was charging me for the glass container or Tupperware one, the box container on the other hand couldn't add more than a nickle to my order so I wouldn't care so much about it.
