Right on. A scattering of interstitial spaces. Sounds good to me. I think a lot of North Americans have a difficult time with this housing typology. When they're paying for a house, they want every inch to be 'usable'. Max it all out. What they don't realize is that light is more valuable than space, and that a few simple moves - if properly detailed and well considered - is better than 20 roof lines and a rumpus room.
