My resolution was to quit smoking.
Since 31 of December I have smoked 2 half cigarettes, lighted one six/seven days after I started, didn't like the smell (maybe because I was using the patches) and throwed it away. The other half, one week ago, still didn't finish it, cause I felt bad and honestly didn't see the point of smoking (yeah I know I should not light another one anymore, not even just to see how it will feel or stupid reasons like that :) ). The other good thing is that I started exercising and yes it feels good. The past two days however I catched a cold so I have been staying inside to let it pass.

Kick ass job on the not smoking. When I quit, I had very very bad cold sweats in the middle of the night 3 weeks into it. I would wake up in the middle of the night drenched in cold sweat. This lasted for about 4 days. Did you experience anything similar?

Yes! lol I thought that was normal, because it's winter and here now it's -5° Celcius. When I sleep I cover heavily at night, and i have been waking up different times during sleep in cold sweat for about a week. (The house I live in is very old, and a little cold at night, it's situated on the old part of the city).

I personally thought that was the roughest patch on quitting. Once I got over the cold sweats, it was pretty much a cake walk.
