I was cleaning my office today and I stumbled upon a Hubski sticker with a nice note on the back of it. This was the card that accompanied a bottle of Bulleit Rye that insomniasexx gave me for my birthday last month. -She RULES. It got me thinking, it's time that we add another Hubski sticker to the legacy. It also got me to realize that the big-blue one was really effective because it was easily seen from a distance. The orange one was really effective because it acted as a "tutorial" for how the hub-wheel functioned and the white one, without saying anything in writing, alluded to how Hubski is different than other sites.
So, we have had three official Hubski stickers thus far, all of which are represented on my laptop. I'd like to add a fourth.

Also, I really really really want to do a round of beer coozies. Apparently, you can get a one color printed ones for bottles for like $172 for 200 which I will totally pay for. So worth it. Thoughts?

Awww! I was just talking about that blue sticker yesterday to ButterflyEffect and humanodon! Shoutouts - I believe gordonz88 did the blue ones? guybrush did the orange ones. sounds_sound did the most recent white ones + a whole slew of awesome artsy ones veen is quickly becoming kickass designer and I personally think the bar one is SUPER close to working 100%. It's a very tough design to pull off in one color. I would like the next round to be like the blue ones because they stand out so much more than the current white ones when you post them. It doesn't have to be blue - just use a color prominently like that.
I like this one from sounds_sound I think if you remove the woodchuck, muskrat and crow from the bottom right and in their place write "a thoughtful web" it could be perfect. I'd stop and look at that if I was walking down the street. Edit: On second thought it may be perfect as is. Thoughts?

Hey Steve! Um, things are going okay - I started teaching English a while back, and then things dried up and I'm not working right now. I'm kind of broke, but I'll be working again in a few weeks at a summer school (and then the summer school will close and I'll freak out again). But, all told, things are pretty okay. I'm still barefoot! Actually, I was shod for quite a while, between doing the CELT course and then teaching - plus, it was cold this winter. But I've been shoeless for several weeks and even started barefoot running (running being another thing I left for some time and am now returning to). My girlfriend and I plan on finishing our ill-fated walk of last year in the coming week, although there are a lot of scheduling problems.

Yep! Actually we climbed Croagh Patrick recently (a small mountain), and I had been meaning to make a brief post about that.
Whatever the new design is, let's try to have it be unappealing to postal workers. Especially the postal workers in my area code, since none of the stickers thenewgreen has sent recently have made it to my mailbox. Also, if you are a postal worker stealing stickers you should at least put them up around town.

I had some and put some up too at The Middle East. And I dropped the second to last one off at my friend's coffee shop . . . so I have one wrinkly one left. It's all good!
