I want a smart-phone app like google goggles that can snap an image a cop or cops in a cop car or on cop horseback from my phone ... and then it report to me visually or audibly how many suspensions/reprimands/problems that officer has on their record through media data-mining and/or police record information or facebook data.
Where the hell is that app?
