Badges, shoutouts, recent tags.

I wonder when they'll do multi-user PMs. -Which I just updated today. Now all cc'd users get notifications for new comments. Maybe sparkline graphs? Blue envelope?

Still, it's tough to throw stones from the Hacker News source code.

Let's be honest - it's a lot easier to be awesome when you've got 100 active users compared to 100,000 active users. The fact that you see the code as a means to an end rather than the be-all end-all helps, too.
