I don't have any name suggestions of my own, but this just reminded me of something: AshShields is a hubskier here and he wrote a book where the main characters ran a Coffe Shop named Remedy Coffee. I dunno if that's the name for your shop and your dreams with it, but I just thought of this when I saw this thread in my feed. Other than that,.. Lesse... Morning Glory, Chrysanthemum Coffee, Coffee Cat. Sol Cafe, Luna Cafe. Those are what I could come up with. I'm not good with names!
