Really by interacting with people or reading the comments. Usually I see a post that I think is interesting, read it, and then talk about it with whoever. Or if not posting a comment, at least reading what other people have said about it. I follow people whose submissions I enjoy, but mainly whose comments I enjoy. I'll follow people even I disagree with them on things, so long as they are level-headed and present a good argument. I use the community, chatter, and tmi pages a lot too.So I ask you hubski, how did you go about building up the list of people that you follow? How have you made your hubski experience optimal?
