We run tabs that are supposed to have the customers name on the slip at my work, but from time to time you see a "Stupid fat bitch with pink hat" on a slip. We don't give a receipt to them with this information on it, but I suppose it could happen.
If anyone expects a 17 year old to have a sophisticated well balanced idea of correct workplace behavior they are out of their minds. I'd feel bad for the girl if she wasn't learning an important lesson.
