I only bought it last November so I reckon it's still honeymoon days. I've never sold a boat, this is my first.

Sure, Herald Island is close by. What's at Christmas beach? I've heard there's a good boat ramp at Greenhithe, that would put me in the water right next to Herald.
Yes, I can sail under that motorway. That's called the "upper harbour bridge", not as big and fancy as the main one (I'm looking forward to sailing under that one, near the downtown area). You can see the upper harbour bridge in one of my pics, the first one of the set taken from the shore.
