I had already checked Hubski on O2. http://urlchecker.o2.co.uk/urlcheck.aspx Parental Control (opt in u12 service): Blocked I clicked the link saying the policy should be different. No idea what that would result in.

You've clearly created a sanctuary for pornographic material and other non state-endorsed material that must be blocked for the good of the children. As veen pointed out, everything about this program is wrong, and yet it still passed.
