I use very little soap and shampoo. My shower has one product in it - Dr. Bronner's Magic Soap. It's mostly hemp, coconut, and olive oil. You can buy it at Whole Foods. The label is crazy and amazing too. I probably wash my hair twice a year. And sometimes I go weeks without using deoderant. Mind you, I shower everyday. Water is awesome. Why am I telling you all of this? :)
