This is crazy interesting to me. My wife grew up with a Chinese diet, and I with a Polish/American one. Since we share meals, the Venn diagram of our tastes, and what we should eat, is always a topic of discussion.
I often also wonder if nutritionally we have different needs. Her ancestors and mine ate very different foods.

I don't have a regular/healthy eating habbit, however am trying to fix this.
This Ted Talk made me think very much lately. (It's a must watch in my opinion) Maybe it deserves a separate entry too.
