Yum.........Sounds so delicious. When I was little, I remember my mom used to make kimchi chili sauce. She always puts raw oyster in there. But we have never had diarrhea from it. I guess the fermentation takes care of the problem.

This is probably my biggest difficulty with Asian cuisine, -the fish flavoring. I haven't yet been able to appreciate it for what it is.

I do love some spicy kimchi though.

The kimchi has either fish or oyster in it, it's probably covered by the rotten sour flavor.
