Jeepers. Back in my day I typed raw hex into the assembler! Sounds good, congratulations! Here are a few of mine from from back in the day, from The Decade Demo, Atari ST (YM chip). Back then there were no trackers, so instead I had to write the synth myself first! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1GL0Ju6ww_w https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XwgNVnLOYjM https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HT670gaFVbw https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SPx7EzgODuU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bwrj5K7VzGw And a Quartet tune from 'Things Not To Do...' Samples, and sequenced, but we rewrote the audio driver:
I enjoyed those a lot, thanks for sharing them! It's still possible to write synths yourself in LSDJ (though I'm sure it's a bit more limited), and it certainly allows for a personification of the synth. That said, what you've done is much more impressive! My roommate enjoyed it a lot too.
