Growing up, we made three kinds of cookies at christmas: Lebkuchen, bizcochitos and date pinwheels. These are, without a doubt, my least favorite cookies on earth. The only ones I liked that we made occasionally were bourbon balls, the recipe of which I have since completely revised to suit myself. So I'll pass on your lebkuchen, thanks.
