Is it okay to post recent pictures but not taken specifically for this challenge? I don't get a lot of time to shoot, certainly not on a daily basis. But I have plenty of stuff I've amassed over the summer that I can post with these. Just want to make sure. Because some photo challenges the challenge is to go out and take a NEW pic for that challenge and post it. But at a daily pace that's kind of hard for me. Took a month or so ago at The Minnesota State Fair. One of my fav pics of all time. And a similar shot to Aksalon's, my backyard/house.
thenewgreen mentioned in the day 1 thread that it's fine to post new or old shots. That first one's really nice in the way light(?) on the right looks similar to an insect's eye. Great composition.
Yeah, it's a light. The dragonfly was on the grill of an old John Deere tractor from the 40s. And thanks!
As rezzeJ mentioned, no strict rules here, I think the only rule should be that the photograph should have been taken by you. Otherwise, let's just have fun with it. That first image is really great by the way. Nice work
