- I tweeted the other day that I no longer know any of my passwords. People seemed to think it was a joke, so I decided I’ll go into a little more depth on exactly how I’m doing it.

Apparently it depends on the service you're using, but for his setup he'd be completely SOL.

I don't technically know any of my passwords either, keeping unique 32 character garbled passwords for each account, all I use is an md5 generator. I do wish more sites used two-factor auth, though.

If I'm correct it is an USB device he can take with him. The device acts like a keyboard, so it can be used on every computer with an USB port.

The passwords are saved online, 1pass if I am not mistaken. So he can log in as long as he has an internet connection and the device. We all miss stuff. I missed the fact that he had his password written down somewhere :P
