I love HLTV! I would be active in their community but its incredibly old and intimidating. Somewhat like Facepunch, but they're a bunch of edgy teens with an ego problem.

I mostly just go there because the homepage has a nifty little feature that highlights all "hot" Counter-Strike matches for the day. It's a great way to pop into a stream and watch some of the best players in the world compete in various tournaments.

I'm also a big fan of some of the casters - specifically Anders who casts on NiPTV.
