Pretty much. Well, no one follows shitty people or trolls, so their posts won't get seen by anyone unless they go through the new queue like I did to find this. The post wasn't tagged, so I tagged it with a relevant one that will get more people to see this post and chip in their two cents. When users do pop up that seem crappy or posting image macros, I can just mute and ignore them, and since I follow a lot of people with a similar attitude to myself, they will probably do the same. So I won't see any crap like that because none of us would share it with each other. If I do start seeing crap like that, I'll see whos submitting it, sharing it, or what tag it is, and ignore/block accordingly to get it out of my feed.Is this site purely driven by users?
How are unfortunate comments or links removed, if at all?
I will testify as a bolster. Not only have I seen this at work, but I have also learned how to craft my responses (even in just the last week) to keep the discussion flow moving and positive. It's a good place to talk about things.
