If you commit to run a couple times a week, you'll build up the endurance quicker than you might think. You might even get addicted; in which case I'd recommend buying a decent bicycle as it's all the joy with zero dread, for me. :) For running, check out the couch to 5k regimine if you haven't already,

Sorry for the late reply. I love the flavors, and the convenience. Menthol and green tea menthol are great to me, and for a cartridge-based e-cig, it's relatively cheap.

I own a nice e-cig but the more aesthetically pleasing V2 cigs have actually been my favorite I've tried.
Maybe if we were torn between Mexico and Canada...
