Me too, I just really want something good from the Star Wars franchise, its been so long. Maybe Abrams can do something really spectacular with it and help revitalize it. I just really hope it doesn't become the same basic action flick except with Star Wars stickers on it. I want a reason to be excited about Star Wars. If he did the Thrawn series I would be ecstatic.

It will be interesting to see Abram's vision for Star Wars, I wonder how he will make it 'feel' different than his Star Trek films? Or maybe he won't and I'll be sad.

I tell this to everyone who likes Ender's Game. Do yourself a favor and read Speaker for the Dead by the same author. Follows the same character several thousand years in the future, very interesting story about human nature. The concepts of the book I find absolutely fascinating.
