I have no idea how tags are supposed to work. Hi, my name is goobster, and I have no idea how to use tags effectively. everyone: "Hi goobster." So I find an article or have an epiphany, and decide to show it to Hubski. I click the POST button in the top menu, come up with a pithy title, paste the URL in, write some content intended to draw people into conversation... ... and am presented with two little tiny fields that say "tags". Do I need to fill these out? Do I need to fill both out? Or only one? Do I need to add the hashtag before the characters, or will it automatically put in the hashtag for me? What hashtags are available? Which hashtags are currently in use, and are appropriate to this article? Where can I find a list of hashtags? Is this automated in some way? Does it add hashtags like #science if I post an article from Scientific American? Or #politics if the post contains Trump? That's why all my posts have zero tags, or funny ones. I have no idea how/why to use this feature. (goobster sits down slowly in his chair. His eyes are downcast, shoulders hunched, hands folded in his lap. The room is quiet as everyone processes exactly what am imbecile goobster is, and rethinks the invitation they sent him to their batmitzvah. Someone quietly coughs. Traffic can be heard driving by outside in the light rain...)
