Don't worry about it. You are learning a craft, and that takes time and experience. You get better in ways you won't even notice until later on, when you will go back, look at old episodes, and think, "Wow... I'm a lot better now!" Just keep doing it. Keep trying new things. Like kleinbl00 said, you have an innate understanding, and are doing good work. Keep it up. My only suggestion is that you do not always need to be looking into the camera while narrating. You can also narrate while the camera is panning across the scene you are talking about. (Although you may have to do that later on, depending on how directional the camera mic is, and whether it will pick up your voice well if it isn't facing you. If the camera is pointing away from you, try holding the camera close to your mouth as you pan across the scene and talk. It might help the camera pick up your voice better.)
