Hope your first day went well. I would say that Flash is probably the most counter-intuitive Adobe product, but since you know Premier the battle should be half done. And you need to get them on at least CS4. Illustrator added multiple artboards on that release and it will improve your productivity x10. If you ever want a refresher or to start a new program, there's only one place in town. Lynda.com. It's only like $25 a month and their interface is excellent and the people really know their stuff. They might have a two week trial if you want too. Have fun designing!!
