Ruleset Proposition 3: META-COMMENT Terms defined: 'Comment' is referring to the method by which HUBNOMIC is played, using Hubski's commenting system. 3.1 Players shall be allowed to post "META" comments. They shall do so via the following format: (the person writes their Question or Thought) END META'Question' or 'Thought' when used with the META tag is a scenario in which, in a comment, the player is not proposing a ruleset, ratifying nor voting, and is instead asking questions &/or giving feedback.
