I'm a newb, so I don't really have much to say besides.

1) I like the minimalist and uniform design. It was one of the first things that drew me in.

2)

When someone says something nice, “Hubski” is saying something nice. When someone says something mean, “Hubski” is saying something mean.

I used to be active on Tumblr, and I saw these kinds of generalizing statements all the time. And Tumblr users are infamous for their highly unique identity labels. I see it more of a matter of what kind of culture does the website engender than individual user profiles.
