No shoutout, but I'll share anyways. Started running again, went back and forth across the smoots.

I've normally been a: go-slow-do-hills-don't-pay-attention-to-pace-just-don't-stop-running runner, but I figure if I'm starting from scratch again, I might as well try something new. I've heard before about HIIT, but I've never tried it before for running. I'm gonna try doing it 2x a week in addition to other exercises. Will report back if I don't end up breaking / fracturing / spraining my ankle within a week!
