I'll save y'all the time: there's absolutely no real evidence in this article aside from 1. "no one has caught Banksy yet" and 2. "everyone thinks Banksy is a man" 3. "therefore Banksy is a woman"

I will say that this is an excellent couple of sentences:

    Andrew Russeth, at the time the editor for Gallerist, the New York Observer's art site, finds Banksy's work lacking in the Banksy Does New York documentary, calling it "art that hits you over the head with its message" and "worst-common-denominator art"—although he had kinder things to say about Sirens of the Lambs, a truck filled with squeaking plush animals.

And that I am certainly open to the possibility that Banksy is a woman; this article just didn't add anything to that belief. Yes, Banksy is the smartest, most self-aware street artist in history. No, that does not mean because all other street artists, who are less smart, were men, that Banksy is a woman.

The article gets more ridiculous the more I think about it.
