I'm here! x2! Great explanation, Kafke. I would have used less comparisons to reddit but I guess, know your audience. :) I would only add: karma, upvotes, etc don't exist on hubski. It's all about building a community of amazing people sharing and discussing amazing things. There is no magical number that shows off how awesome you are. Also, karma on reddit is worthless but filling up your hubwheel here isn't. You get a badge which you then get to give away. Obviously, we're all about sharing here rather than voting up or accumulating internet points. supasmasha, let us know if you have any more questions. We're here to happily explain things.
