I think it's reasonable. However, the sweet spot of bias might be difficult to achieve, or be different for different people. At the same time, it's not enough to put something like that into folks hands, say, with a slider, because it's difficult to gauge the effect of one setting over another.

One thing that I think would be easy, is to give a post more staying power in your feed if you commented on it. Currently posts sort in your feed based on age, shares, and a bit on commenting. But it doesn't distinguish your comment activity from others. I'm going to think on that. If you commented on a post, you'd probably be interested in it hanging around just a bit more.
