We've been "juicing" in my household and not in the Lance Armstrong/Mark MacGuire kind of way, but rather in the healthy way.
If you have a juicer at home, I highly recommend this recipe:
3 apples (I use pink lady's) 2 whole lemons (peel, seeds and all) 1 bunch of Romain 8 leaves of Kale 6 celery stalks Some ginger
We have a juicer that is older than me, literally it is from 1976. It works really well even though when it is running it sounds like an airplane is landing in our kitchen. Here it is in action:
Notice the nice green foam on top. -Delicious! When it is done you can either serve it on ice, which I like or you can serve it room temp which my wife prefers.
This should be enough for 4 people. We usually drink it all ourselves in one sitting. The buzz is amazing -better than any energy drink on the market.

No, it's not the celery you taste so much as the lemon/apple. Lately I have been adding beets to the mix and they add a whole new kind of sweetness to it and some really kick ass color. But the celery doesn't add much by way of flavor imo.
