HA, nicely put. I definitely read the sites on the left more than the right. NPR, the New Yorker and the Economist are three favorites. Don't read much else from either side though. I love the Atlantic, but it's not there. I wonder where Hubski would fall on this? I'm guessing left of center..... but how far left?

It's strange to me that the economist is a leftist rag as most of its policy prescriptions are to the right. They are often data driven so they hitting all over the political spectrum on various issues, maybe that drives em into the leftist camp.

They are center-left though, which is essentially where the GOP used to be. Perhaps as the party has shifted far-right, the economist hasn't?
