You're right that Adam Neely's YouTube content is at least somewhat confined within the boundaries of what's acceptable to his audience, but I don't think you can know his intentions. It seemed to me like he was genuinely interested in drawing attention to racial disparities in the "top tiers" of music and the way that it's formally taught in this country. So although we disagree, and I could very well be 100% wrong (I don't personally know Adam), I really enjoyed your contribution in the other thread, which was rightfully badged. My own experience in music education was so incredibly white that perhaps his sophomoric, explorative explanations were what I needed. I do need to listen to more jazz from black musicians. That's not in dispute.
