I went to the starter/induction session for an Award in Education and Training today, it's only a level three qualification but it would mean I can tutor at college if I decide not to restart or otherwise fail my teacher training course. The real reason I'm doing it is it makes me feel like I'm achieving something, boosts my motivation for teaching and refreshes my memory for when I return to my course.
