I'm happy to see that there is a decent amount of development going on in the field of privacy. Hopefully, one of these will eventually emerge as the fast, reliable method of providing a free and open Internet which I've always hoped TOR would eventually become. I'm less happy about the fact that there is no way for me to know how many of the projects on that list are honeypot projects designed to provide anonymity (minus backdoor).
