Ha. Blast from the past! Welcome hanszyme! We are still making podcasts, you can see more of them here:

I am currently working on one about "drugs." I hope to have it done in the next couple of weeks. Then, like always, I will hand it off to steve to turn it in to a video.

If you or anyone else ever have a suggestion for a Hubski podcast topic, let me know!

I am just finishing the NSA one. I like the music you guys use in the background. I am liking the vibe I am getting from the community here and it seems it originates from the core team. Keep it up guys!

Thank you hanszyme, that is a very nice compliment. The podcasts are a blast to put together. I'm a musician and I love writing/recording songs. Podcasts scratch a similar itch for me. I gather the content from the interviews and then I get to mix, edit them together to create a narrative as I see fit. Then I can add in music, sound effects etc. It's about the most fun thing to create outside of music.

You've inspired me. I'm going to try and work on the podcast tonight :)

Hope you enjoyed the NSA one. The podcast on Silence is a favorite of mine .

I just listened to the Silence one. It reminded me of a thought I had the other day after I found probably the quietest spot in Sao Paulo (a very noisy city) on a windy evening... if you are sitting in a very windy area the wind can block out all other sounds all you hear is air, silence... I thought it was more profound at the time, but your podcast reminded me of that (or a reflection of the idea).

When making it I came to the conclusion that there is no such thing as silence. I think it was kleinbl00 that points out that we orient ourselves through sounds. Also, cW points this out in his segment.

I loved this podcast, it is the one I am most proud of for sure.
