Richard is playing with a trio at this years Solid Sound festival this month. Is anyone planning on attending? scrimetime, T-Dog, ButterflyEffect?
I tried to get media passes, being the co-founder of a thoughtful web should have such perks, but I was denied. They were very kind about it, but mentioned that this year they had a tight media budget. I was planning on writing about the festival etc. I probably will not be able to attend. It's a hell of a long drive, I have no where to stay and we are heading to Vancouver for a week on Friday. Too much time away from work already. Dammit! Real life is no where near as cool as solid-sound life. It's a fantastically planned festival. I'm extremely bummed. I think scrimetime will be there. If so, you two should meet. He's a hell of a guy. Mini Hubski meet up! Good luck getting there.
I wish, but I'll be on the road by then. Hopefully it's a great time (I'm 100% sure it will be).
