Caelum, thank you for the concern, its deeply appreciated. It was all due to boredom, and feeling a bit too hyped. For the record, we haven't been able to define mentally sound, but I will do it right now, considering how nice you are. Imagine a car accident, you're hurt, so is a passenger, you remain very calm, using only rational thought you take a few seconds to assess the situation, and act. Mental clarity is no emotional turmoil, solid emotional stability, nearly unshakable. I haven't known anyone who is, or was mentally sound. To be human is to give in to impulses, urges, desires and that near infinite "Me" of the self that drives us out entire lives without 99.999% of us ever truly becoming aware of it. I was expressing myself, meanwhile attempting to provide odd humor. I really appreciate the concern.
