I'm gonna put my money on "no".
Safe bet. I went digging and found this analysis: http://www.planetary.org/blog/article/00003338/

I still would like to see another--modern--rover to land on Venus. Its such a crazy place, with its acid rain, 100atm pressure and 900ยบ temps, that there must be something interesting to discover there. But you never know. If "life" is defined as autonomous replicators, and not just nucleic acid-lipid-protein organisms, then maybe something like that could exist in such a dynamic environment. I tend to doubt it, but hey, we can dream, can't we?

I'm sure you've heard all the stories about how Venusians keep knocking out Russian probes. ET doesn't want us poking around. But seriously, I agree that terra-centric views of life are very likely just a prejudice. (But not the forms, imo.)
I see 2 basic requirements that need to be met: 1) body e.g. a 'cohesive' group of mater/energy in a shared temporal reference frame -- galaxies could qualify. 2) metabolism which (in my view) translates to a network of causalities (processing energy as either 'food' or 'information') I wouldn't be surprised if there exist plasma based (in sense of matter state) sentient beings.
It might just be a Face on Mars issue. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Face_on_mars#.22Face_on_Mars.22...
The movement might be a little tougher to explain. Wind?
