Should be cool to track a police cruiser then. I've always wondered where they go.

Ha. We should develop an app that tracks police cars and automatically records the time they spend at donut shops and strip clubs!

I've been on a couple of ride-alongs (in the front seat) and even the day a bank robber was caught, the vast majority of the day was spent driving in one big circle and filling out paperwork. One of my friends is now a cop and all she does is drive around and fill our paperwork. From what I can tell it's about 45 minutes of excitement and 9 hours and 15 minutes of sheer boredom. Oh yeah, they work ten hour days here in SD.

So, do they work 4 ten hour shifts? Or are they working 50 hour+ weeks?

Fireman/policeman scheduled aren't all that different.

On a side note, cooked my first meal from the cook book: pad Thai -delicious!!
