There are those that feel like exercise and diet are the only ways to treat health problems and then there are those that feel like medicine can cure all. Both of these approaches are dangerous and irresponsible IMO. My wife is a physician and I've always appreciated the blended approach she has. It is no secret that diet and exercise are crucial components to good health but there are certain cases where modern medicine is nessesary in conjunction.

To be fair, with almost any ailment, proper food and diet isn't something to make light of. It can be often as crucial as modern medicine. We have many friends that are physicians and they all seem to agree that preventative medicine, meaning promoting a healthy lifestyle is very important.
